BINNACLE ROOM

One of the best views in all of GPYC, The Binnacle Room overlooks our Olympic-sized pool and Lake St. Clair, while being a premier spot for gourmet get-togethers — day or night.

Grab a drink, and watch the game, or simply escape the winter chill by the fireplace. Escape to a low-key meal, and wind down from a long week with those closest to you.

Meet Our

Executive Chef
Colby Newman

Colby developed his love for cooking from his mother and grandmother in their cozy kitchen in Springfield, MO. After a basketball injury in college, he decided to follow his long-held passion for cooking and attended Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute. With his background in French technique and Italian cuisine training, he provides farm-to-table and seasonally-focused dishes, with a modern, down-home twist.
