Personal Training Sessions

Book a personal training session with Athletic Director Peter to kick start your fitness routine! Personal Training (Half Hour)- $45.00; Personal Training (One Hour)- $85.00; Bootcamp training sessions can also be booked for you and your friends to kick your fitness routine into high gear. Fitness Liability Form

Members must fill out the liability form before using the Fitness Center. You can use the form below or download a PDF Copy and complete offline and submit by email or in person.

Fitness Center Rules

Members must register and sign a liability waiver before using the Fitness Center.
Members will key in 0 followed by their four-digit member number to gain access to the Fitness Center.
Fitness attire for all men, women, and children should be respectful to the character of GPYC. Clean, well-fitting fitness attire and gym shoes are acceptable with the fitness center and classes.
  • Shirts/tank tops are to be worn at all times.
  • Gym shoes are required. No flip flops or open toed shoes allowed.
  • The required age to use the fitness center is 16 years old. No exceptions.
  • Children under 16 are not allowed into the Fitness Center unless accompanied by a GPYC professional trainer and receiving a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.
Out of courtesy to others, headphones must be worn if you are listening to music or on the Peloton. If you need to make a call, please exit the gym.
Only members and spouses may bring in guests to use the Fitness Center for a $15 fee. This, however, does not include member's kids bringing in non-member friends unless the member is accompanying them at all times.
You must cancel your personal training or class appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid being charged the full amount.
Members are to re-rack their weights and wipe down equipment after usage.
