Water Aerobics

Get in shape and perfect your form in our Olympic-sized swimming pool. Relax with our instructors to feel recharged and ready for the days ahead. Water aerobics is a great alternative to traditional exercise. The only thing you need is yourself to get to the peak of wellness within the water.

Session 1: June 19 - July 14
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 12 - 1 p.m.

Session 2:  July 17 - August 18
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 12 - 1 p.m.
 
Participants must bring their own water weights.
Cost is $125 per session per member and $150 per session per non-member.
